An Economic Analysis of Production of Pearl Millet in Jaipur District of Rajasthan, India

The present study entitled ‘An Economic Analysis of Production Pearl Millet in Jaipur District Rajasthan’ was carried out 2022–2023 with a sample 120 participants. findings showed that Medium-sized farms had the highest percentage respondents graduate degree, followed by Small(62.31%) and Marginal(42.75%) farms, Medium-sized(54.23%) illiterate people. In marginal size average area per hectare holding 0.66 ha, small it 1.59 medium 4.32 ha. total cost millet cultivation for marginal, small, medium-sized (Rs. 36010/ha),(Rs.35007/ha), 34223/ha), respectively. small-sized saw excellent gross earnings (Rs51750/ha). net returns obtained were high 50625/ha) as compared to 49500/ha) 13490/ha Rs. 17525/ha), Compared (1:1.44 1:1.51), input-output ratio hectare, marketable surplus farmers these three sizes (6.73%, 21.73%, 35.33%), correspondingly.
